By using applications developed by Skyman Apps, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of the App

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes, including entertainment and education.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code within our applications are the exclusive property of Skyman Apps and are protected by international copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Credits & App-Specific Attributions

Our applications may use or be inspired by various open-source projects. Specific attributions include:

• 2048: Our version is an original implementation inspired by the open-source 2048 created by Gabriele Cirulli, based on 1024 by Veewo Studio and Threes! by Asher Vollmer.
• 4x1 Party Games: Original suite of social games designed for group play.
• PassCanada Citizenship: Study content adapted from "Discover Canada: The Rights and Responsibilities of Citizenship," published by the Government of Canada.
• PulsIX: All-in-one productivity suite built for iOS using native Apple frameworks.

We acknowledge and respect all such inspirations and open-source contributions.

4. Liability & Data Responsibility

Our applications are provided "as-is" without any warranties. Because Skyman Apps are designed for privacy and operate locally on your device, we do not have access to your data. You are solely responsible for managing and backing up your own data (e.g., through iCloud or manual exports). We are not responsible for any data loss, including that resulting from app deletion or hardware failure.
