Health & Fitness Data: Certain applications (like PulsIX) may request access to Apple HealthKit to read or write data such as steps, sleep, water, and caffeine intake. This data is used exclusively to provide core app functionality (like syncing your daily intake and providing health-based insights) and is processed entirely on your device. We do not sell your health data, nor do we use it for advertising or marketing purposes.

Personal Data (Journal & Expenses): Apps like PulsIX allow you to record highly personal information, including journal entries, moods, and daily spending. This data is stored using secure on-device storage (SwiftData) and is never transmitted to us or any third party. Your photos and text stay entirely under your control on your physical device.

Location Data & Weather: Some applications may request location permissions to provide context-aware features, such as the Environmental Pulse in PulsIX. This location data is used to fetch local conditions via Apple WeatherKit and is not stored or shared by us.

2. Data Storage

Our applications save your progress, preferences, health sync states, and local history directly on your device using standard platform storage methods. This data stays entirely under your control and is never transmitted to our servers.

3. In-App Purchases

Some of our apps offer in-app purchases. All payment transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store or Google through the Google Play Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or account credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

Our applications do not include third-party analytics or advertising frameworks that track your activity.

5. Children's Privacy

Because we do not collect any personal data, our apps are safe for users of all ages, including children.
